"use multiple programs? One program for every track."

you can only have 1 program for each track.. what do u mean?? say tracks 1-4 are chromaticly tuned when i create a 5th and put it on track 5, one of the 1st 4 tracks will mute..

how many of those 195 views were yours?

my guess is you're running out of voices. the mpc can only play 32 voices at once and a single stereo sample takes up 2 of them.

what do i suggest if it is in fact the amount of voices that's the problem?

here's some options...

1) buy another mpc and midi them together. each would have 32 voices.
2) don't play all of the tracks at once. instead, track them all out into you're DAW where you'll be able to play them all together.
3) re-sample (a.k.a bounce down) each track through your main outs so that the tracks with multiple voices are down to 1 or 2 voices (1 or 2 voices depends on whether you re-sample in mono or stereo).
4) convert samples from stereo to mono to cut the amount of voices in half, of course this is only if the samples were stereo to begin with.

if none of the suggestions that i made work, then the problem isn't the amount of voices and i'm not sure what to tell you.

sorry.
