sorry if this has been asked before, i think its similar to the problem victor322001 is having. my problem is that i chop up a drum break and convert it to sliced samples, but when i play it back in a sequence i the drums cancel each other out. what i mean by that is that i want to have the hi-hat on the 8th or 16th notes but when i put kicks or snares on it, it plays them instead of the hi-hat. also if i record the kick and snare first and then try to put the hi-hats over the top it deletes the kick or snare and puts the hi-hat in its place. hope that made sense
