yeah, but when you time stretch **** doesnt anything take some what of a drop in sound quality, mpc or comp?
i mean i havent noticed much of a difference between timestretching on the comp and on the mpc....
and for computer programs, i reccomend Sound forge... I think cool edit is aiiiiiiiight, Sound forge is more simple IMO

Yah, but you can use Soundforges efx in CEP, so you get the benefit there of a simpler interface and the ability to jump right to the multitracked mix and test the new sound out. But yah, the timestretching options from Soundforge are easier to get the hang of using, that is really my ONLY beef with my beloved CEP, that the features can be hard to use and are not always laid out intuitivly.
