need Scsi hard drive tips..

i got a 17 gb scsi hard drive and my mpc doesn't recognise it,i have tried all scsi port,still searching without any result.
What kind of format mpc work with fat,fat32,ntfs?
Any tips? any idee welcome

Do u have a 2k or 2kxl? I think the 2k only recognizes 2 Gb and the 2kxl recogonizes 19 Gb. U should format it as FAT. I'm just guessing. Any help fellas???
