My floppy drive won't read certain .wav files. I don't know if this would make a difference but the MPC that I have had a Zip drive installed on it from the factory and then this guy replaced it with a floppy when he sold it to me.
So here is what I did to try to get it to work:
I made a sample ran it thru Recycle 2.0 and copied to a floppy on my computer and loaded it to the MPC and it works fine.
Then I took a drum kit ran it thru Recycle 2.0 loaded it to a floppy disk and loaded it to the MPC and it says "UNKNOWN FILE TYPE" it shows that the file has O kb. When I know it loaded to the floppy disk cause it plays on my computer thru Windows Media Player.
The reason I ran the files thru Recycle 2.0 was because I thought this might make it work because the sample loaded on to the MPC fine but the drum kit did not load fine.
Any help would be appreciated!
