Help..Im having a problem w/ the velocity settings

meaning i want each pad to play the same volume regardless of how hard i press down on the pad...my problem is i used 16 level alot and i like to play samples up and down the pads pitch wise..but i keep getting different levels do to how hard im pressing on the pads..i try to press each pad w/ the same level of force but still i have inconsistancies.

So my question is..how do i turn this feature off..can it be done..if not i migh have to go back to 1.07 excuse me if this question sounds elementary..i tried to do a search and couldnt get what i was lookin for.
