Yeah! I think I'm going for the 4K, but by the time I'm probably going to be ready to purchase it I bet their going to announce an MPC 8000 or something. So MPC 8000 it is!

I'm asking because I'm thinking of upgrading to either a 4000 or a Roland MV-8000. I really don't like importing and exporting stuff with my PC. I'm finding I do use a lot of effects, and stuff like timestretch and pitching things up and down with out changing tempo, but I am hating being dependent on my computer. I'd just like to sample my **** and start working and not have to import files back and forth from my PC everytime I want to change the sample. It gets tiresome.
Any thoughts! Some good real talk will be much appreciated.
