... probably the company that made the car, right? It's _their_ responsibility to deliver a product where all the parts work.
I can't even believe they are using this slimy tactic to try to pass the buck... people like you are just encouraging them.
if my steering wheel fell off, i would call the company and take my car back to the dealer. if they didn't do **** about it, I would pay to get it taken of, not sit and cry about it. you got to take some action in life, dude.
And, you would probably tell your friends that Ford or whoever has sh**ty customer service, and to buy from someone else
