I recently just got rid of my mpc1000 to step up to what i thought was going to be a better machine, the 2000xl. After toying around with the 2000xl and repeatedly having to go back to the manual I started researching other machines to use as i had figured the 2000 just wasn't for me. My first option was gonna be go back to the 1000, with the new OS and HD support, and having previously had a succesful time working on it. Then I thought about the 4000, i figured why not just get the best machine i can for the money. Then I heard about the MV-8000 after thoroughly reasearching this week I've come to the conclusion that this is the machince that compliments my work style best. And the VGA screen is a huge plus. Well it was fun while it lasted, I still do plan on getting a 4000 for christmas or my birthday so i can eventually compare the two.
