Been there, done that! In all honesty, thats the reason I have had the chance to read the manual almost twice!! And if your constipated, that could work to your advantage. You'd get to read more!

indeed the best advice, i took all the other reading ish outta my bathroom until i was done with the manual, you definitly feel good after you finish it, your shht and reading the manual
