HD Adapter Kit Alternative ?

Hey peepz,
do u know if there´s
an alternative to the official akai HD-10 kit,
like it is with the Ram stuff where we all can use laptop ram ?

the HDM10 is the only kit that is available. but check your PM

IF! we figure out what typ of connector it is (check my sign) there might be a workaround...

But i feel its to much hassle to build something like that, and i like akai now so i want to support them and give them the 50$ (as its gonna cost in suck sweden)
