Question regarding Sample tempo changes

when the new OS comes out, will i be able to time stretch individual sample chops? just in case if i chopped up a sample, and the second chop wasnt in Sync with the drum loop for some reason, but the first chop was, would i be able to timestretch any offset chops?

yup, cause the zoning feature makes every chop in to different files. Like chop1.wav, chop2.wav, chop3.wav and then maps them in a new program.
Anyone correct me if I'm wrong...
