Harddrive panic.

I just got a Samsung HM100jc hard drive and the hdm-10.

I put it in and everything is fine. I turn on, go to utility and format.

then when I look at the memory it says that I only have 122.4 meg free.

I try to format it and restart but its still just 122.4 megs free.
When I connect it to my pc via USB it says that it is 100 gb but not in the mpc.
And I have got os2.10

Panicking here, any ideas?

Are you sure you´re not looking att the availiable amount of RAM?
I think you have to be in Save mode to see the amount on the drive.
