WD 160 GB hard drive on original OS

WD 160 GB hard drive on original OS

I got the HDM10 and properly installed the hard drive and everything. Problem is, the MPC1000 doesn't even know I installed it. I try to scroll over to internal hard drive, but I can't. Is this because of the OS? Do I need the new JJ OS?? Please help.

Did you format the HD? If not you need to do this for it to work.

i'm not sure God frequents these boards.

did you check to see if the hard drive you got had been tried before? There's a sticky thread on which ones have been compatible.

Dude, you asked for help a week ago ( http://www.mpc-forums.com/viewtopic.php?t=94145 ) and it seems you didn't pay any attention....

so now you're on your own... hopefully you get your hd working though. :?
