huh? thats a retarded statement.. anyone doing hip hop is in 4/4, 8/8/ 2/2 whatever, the point is it is all the same! you tell me you know music theory... FINE, but you have no idea what you are talking about for production. 1/16 is a common quantization standard, not a time signature retard, and until you can realize that you are not a "master of all things music", because you can tell me that sandy nelson was playing in 15/16 with a mad swing and drops to boot, you aint ****.
Especially around here.
F#ck you. F#ck your high horse.
F#ck your mother and your prep school too.
We don't care. and on that tip.. why don't you drop us a line on where to listen to your crappy music you make, so we can discuss your shortcomings for awhile.
D1CK.
You just proved to me that you have zero knowledge about time -- the essence of music (especially hip-hop)
There's no such time signature as 8/8... it's the exact same thing as 4/4, as is 2/2 (only it actually is used as cut-time)
And I know that by you saying "it's all the same" you didn't mean that 8/8, 4/4, and 2/2 were all the same. Just made a fool of yourself.
And I know very well that 1/16 is probably the most popular quantization standard... moot point.
One last thing -- I definitely don't go to a prep school. More like one of the 3 worst and dangerous schools in Baltimore, MD which is known for having the highest murder rate in the country. Ever seen The Wire? Ever seen the schools in The Wire? That's what I live.
