I have a name for it and a logo.

How do i get all that copyrighed?

I suggest your first step is to get an entertainment lawyer on retainer.

Register your name with the State of California and apply for a business license, around 13$, not sure what CA charges. They will do a name search and file the name for you. Your Production company will be setup and your name will be protected in CA, notice the last note: CA, ONLY. So for national protection you need to register with the US Copyright and Trademark your name, usually runs about 500-700$. Unless your name is very, very unique and catchy, I wouldn't do this.
