How do i get all that copyrighed?

Register your name with the State of California and apply for a business license, around 13$, not sure what CA charges. They will do a name search and file the name for you. Your Production company will be setup and your name will be protected in CA, notice the last note: CA, ONLY. So for national protection you need to register with the US Copyright and Trademark your name, usually runs about 500-700$. Unless your name is very, very unique and catchy, I wouldn't do this. Otherwise protection in CA will be enough and cheaper, but if you GET bigger immediately register with the US copyright office. Attorney, I wouldn't, very expensive and you don't need that right now.
