i noticed VST is selling black rubber pads for replacing the grey ones.

I imagine that would look slick on the 2500, something like this:

They also sell yellow pads (bottom of their page).
Personally i wouldn't go for that :)

They DID have the yellow ones on the store yesterday. Although, I thought they were the poker-dot type as seen on the LE at the top of THIS page (not solid yellow)?

I could have sworn that someone on the forum said that yellow ones glowed in the dark. I think they meant they glowed under a black light.

And those yellow pads are $52! I can just imagine what they charge for black panels to use on a 4000.

just buy the black ones then paint them primer white. then you can paint them whatever color you want. since they want only $16 for the black and $52 for the yellow........ so for around $25 you can have yellow pads and you save 50%. you can also buy several black ones and do the same so you can have different colors depending on your mood.

It depends on what you want to do with the graphic file. Windows comes with the Paint accessory. There are plenty of low-cost ways to buy Photoshop, if that's what you really want. Get the CDs only and save money. You aren't going to use the Photoshop box or manual for anything. Here is one source other than eBay...
