i know they've been working with some producers who come from mpc backgrounds. hopefully they can add some feats to drum rack and it would be money.
if you use drum rack with an mpd controller, you can do 16 levels velocity, but not 16 levels of tuning. they also need to add a note repeat button that works like an mpc and an mpc style filter (preferably like the filter in the 4000, but i'd settle for just a low pass filter like the 3000 or 2000XL).
if they add just those feats. they'd have monster. that combined with what ableton already offers would be a major come up.
