could also be to do with the power for your FW410 - if you're using an external supply, try using bus power and vice-versa. Ive heard some pretty horrible noises just because of grounding issues, or cheap power supplies, and some of it does sound like RF interference.

definately check your cables, also, make sure none of them are perpendicular to each other or tangled in a giant knot.

also, on my motu 828 mk3, if its close to my laptop and my laptop has power supply plugged in, i get some loud humming noise (really loud); as soon as i unplug the power supply, everything is cool, ive moved it to differant room, and i dont have the same issue..........i didnt check, but i think that the way my laptop was positioned (when i got the noise), the cables got too close to eachother, or the wall plug isnt grounded.

so definately check all your cables and plug/unplug each one and try to rule them out. also, try to separate things too, like keep your sound card, mpc, and computer spread out as far as possible.
