I put this in the 'Getting Started' section, but no joy - If anyone can help, that's be amazing.
Using an MPC1k with JJos1 4.99
Have set q-link 1 to adjust tune in real time
I have a sequence recorded and now i want to change it's pitch using the q-link - press OVERDUB + PLAY, with AFTER on (so i record over my previous attempts to get the pitch right), move the slider about, pres stop - and when I hit play again the pitch reverts back to a default.
If I do the above with AFTER off it will record the changes (i can also see them in GRID EDIT) but as the manual says, it adds to what was previously recorded
So for something like pitch, I don't want it jumping about.
I want to be able to move the q-link to the right spot and record that value, effecting the whole loop - is this possible? Should I use a different OS/upgrade?

If the [AFTER] key is OFF, when you move the QLink
slider, the new Q-Link Event will be recorded
and added to the existing Q-Link Events.
If the [AFTER] key is ON, when you move the QLink
slider. The new Q-Link event will be recorded
and will erase any previous Q-Link Events.
