Ok So I sold my Maschine and I bought a Mpc Studio So far I like it I made 2 beats on it yesterday. But here comes the confusing part. The reason I bought it is because I want to be able to create my beat inside of the mpc studio software, do the arranging inside the software and the when I am done I want to export all of the parts sepearate, so I can pull it up in my main DAW Cubase. When I am in Cubase 7 I can add finishing touches and Mix the beat with all my Waves and UAD plugins, etc... Now this is where the problem lies. I have a Yamaha MX49 I dont know if you guys know what that is but its a hardware / software keyboard and midi controller / with a bult in audio interface. Anyways It has over 1500 Motif sounds inside of it that I played into the MPC software via Midi. The song is now complete but when I export all the tracks sepreatly the only tracks that bounce down are the ones that are on the drum pads, and the VST'S, Whatever I played via midi wont bounce out... Why? Do i have to record the midi that I played into the MPC sample recorder and then apply it to the pads? If so that seems like to much work and why would they allow midi devices if I cant bounce it down to audio. I took a look at the actual midi track in the mixer view and it is grayed out where you should be able to assin an output for ex: (out 1,2) (submix)
