OK, before you say it, it adjusts latency, obviously!
But what is the purpose, what is it offsetting, which way is it offsetting, how/why is the default setting chosen (75 milliseconds below?), etc.?...

The Latency Adjust parameter is for setting an offset in milliseconds in case there is a delay in your audio system.
-> If you are hearing any latency, we recommend experimenting with this setting after you set your Audio Buffer Size.
