Track mixing insert effects

With the new update 1.7.1, I can no more insert effects on each track, in the section track mixing. On each track the function effect/send doesn't exist anymore! I can only apply effect on all the program. I would apply effect on each track separately.
What can i do ?
I'm using macOSX
