I'd like to be able to monitor all the six outputs through the headphone jack, right now it only outputs the ST out.

Thanks for the tip, I'll give it a try.
Here's another request. This one's probably come up before, but I put it here anyway just in case: Individual lengths and time signatures per track. This would really bring the MPC to a new level I think.

have asked for it many times

use simult seq for differet time sigs

although i use simult seq everyday, it is limiting. the biggest thing i dont like is that you cant have a differant simlt seq per sequence. its a global setting. I would like to have a differant simult seq assigned to each sequence. also, muting tracks doesnt apply. so say on seq 1, i simult seq assigned to seq 15. say i wanted to mute track 3 on seq 15, i cant do that on the fly. i have to stop sequencer, go to seq 15 track 3 and mute it, then go back and turn it on. simult seq also doesnt work in song mode.
if we had uneven bar lengths in 1 sequence, we would have the benefit of uneven bar lengths and still control it like a normal seuqnece with mutes, etc.
another option related to all this that could accomplish the same thing.....would be some kind of song mode like fruity loops- where its a grid and you can layer patterns, not just play them 1 after another. get what I am saying?
you would create sequences, and then go into song mode grid, and chain the patterns and they'd be able to play similtanious, just like fruity loops..........
