I'd like to be able to monitor all the six outputs through the headphone jack, right now it only outputs the ST out.

a small feature request : in trim mode, make the "play loop" pad 13 behavior as one shot and auto-updatable when moving looping points.

Thanks for the tip, I'll give it a try.

Here's another request. This one's probably come up before, but I put it here anyway just in case: Individual lengths and time signatures per track. This would really bring the MPC to a new level I think.

although i use simult seq everyday, it is limiting. the biggest thing i dont like is that you cant have a differant simlt seq per sequence. its a global setting. I would like to have a differant simult seq assigned to each sequence. also, muting tracks doesnt apply. so say on seq 1, i simult seq assigned to seq 15. say i wanted to mute track 3 on seq 15, i cant do that on the fly. i have to stop sequencer, go to seq 15 track 3 and mute it, then go back and turn it on. simult seq also doesnt work in song mode.

if we had uneven bar lengths in 1 sequence, we would have the benefit of uneven bar lengths and still control it like a normal seuqnece with mutes, etc.

another option related to all this that could accomplish the same thing.....would be some kind of song mode like fruity loops- where its a grid and you can layer patterns, not just play them 1 after another. get what I am saying?

you would create sequences, and then go into song mode grid, and chain the patterns and they'd be able to play similtanious, just like fruity loops..........

sensible suggestion, and i also agree - simul sequence is hardly perfect.

i am just amazed at the excitement on other forums about the cirklon sequencer. its high time JJ copied some of its midi sequencer ideas - so many people who dismiss MPCs would be clambering to pay him money if he implemented some of it

yeah i see what ya saying i use simult but then copy& paste parts that work for me, so know its a pain in the backside to copy lots of tracks. maybe a multiple track copy would be more usefull in this instance. I dont find song mode usefull that much, and arrange in normal sequence mode cuting and pasting.

Here is another idea. in Grid edit control data window, how about making the DELETE function default to delete the control data being shown at the time. So say I am editing MIDI CC 74 and i want to delete a section when i am in that window i hit delete i have to go and select control data and then the CC number so I figure if you are in any data control window and hit delete it should have the delete window show just that control data presently being edited. Like how DELETE works in TRACK MUTE window. What do you rekon everyone?
