When queuing up the next sequence in End Of Sequence mode, it would be handy to have some control over what tracks are muted, beyond whatever you prepared beforehand. Of course, it would be useful to be able to still mute tracks of the currently playing sequence.
I think a toggle key, like Shift or something, would be really handy for this. Queue the next sequence, toggle muting control over to the next sequence, mute/unmute the tracks for the next sequence while the pattern is playing out, toggle back to the current sequence mutes, mute some tracks for the transition to the next sequence.
Obviously this wouldn't do anything when there's no next sequence selected, and it doesn't make sense for the other two modes. Therefore this option should only appear when there's both another sequence lined up and you're in End of Sequence mode.
