Sorry for the newbie question. How does everyone using SF7 go about matching the tempo they had set the sample to im SF to the tempo in the mpc???

EXAMPLE: So like a 2 or 4 bar loop ends up looping on beat when transfering it to the mpc.

you should find the tempo in the mpc. It makes it easier to lock your drums.

Do you mean sample rate into the mpc1000 rather than use soundforge?

Does someone wanna beak down the process of timestreching with the 1000 i know there isnt that feature yet but if you cold break down the process of how some of yall go about doing these process. Thanks everyone!

you should patch phrase your samples, then you don't really have to worry about timestretching on the mpc

i was woundering if someone could explain the process....like break it down step by step...so i can get my samples to fit the ln the mpc ( get the sample to loop on beat). i know this is a pain in the ass. i know i prolly wont get much of a response but ihoping someone can help me out. thanks.
