Bob Katz’s K system is cool. You use Studio One for mastering? Which K plugs do you use for metering? I need to get a better K meter.
I believe you're a generalist, because you must contend with so many elements. They call us, "Jack of All Trades and Master of None". But that term, WRONG and was made for people, who lacks a larger view of the situation. Also the full phrase is, “A jack of all trades is a master of none, but oftentimes better than a master of one.”
Many think we're unfocused, but it's the exact opposite. We tend to be very organized, independent, work extremely well under pressure, and we can't be controlled. The last is the true reason, why they try to discredit us.
Our development takes more time, however once we've hit our peak. Just get out of our way and watch. A generalist needs many great teachers, because of our ability to absorb and retain so much. Many want to make us into single bullets, instead of being what we are. NUCLEAR WORLD ENDING WEAPONS!
