I haven't really done much with logic express 8 since I got it about 4 months ago. I do love pro tools for audio/vocal recording and editing. I believe logic has better midi editing/sounds/effects/plus more tracks. So maybe I'll get the duet and keep the mbox 2 mini and if I ever start doing vocals in logic I can sorta put pt to the side!! Anyway, since this is the pics section, just how do i post pics?

Ibanez SR706

i was about to say...all that setup needs is a decent turntable... with a bunch of nice gear there, why settle for a mediocre plastic portable turntable?? anyways... nice setup, man...

The way I see it, you don't really need a $400 turntable to sample from unless you are an audiophile head or just have the budget to spend on a nice turntable. I know plenty of guys that use portables. The only reason I use a 1200 is because I'm also a dj (which I'm assuming most of us on here are too).

Thanks, The turntable works well for me, Im not a DJ, and Im known for being primarily a keyboard/synth based producer. I have owned a few Tables in my day, but I like the PT01, it has a small foot print, and is highly functional. Thats all I really need
