I am using a basic 61-key MIDI keyboard controller, but when I want to play a higher octave by changing the octave to 1 (or higher) and playing the highest key at C5, it doesn't want to read the notes into the MPC3000

when I play at a normal octave or a lower octave (-1, -2, -3) it's fine

but the higher octave I go (1, 2. 3) it doesn't want to read it

any help?

thank you

Ahhhh I will try that when I get home and let you know what happens

thank you

Yup, it works, problem was I had it at Type: Drums, but I didn't have no internal sounds in my MPC3000

changed the it to Type: MIDI and it plays all high and low octaves on the keyboard

BIG THANKS!!!
