Is this a bug of is it just me? Regarding Grid Edit...

I am messing around on my mpc 1000 JJ OS2XL 1.11 and got my Novation X-Station running on Synth mode with MP as a sequencer with that midi handshake set up. Play in notes to mpc and everythings good until I go to grid edit to try to fix a note that's off a little. When I scroll to the note and hit edit and put the cursor on the timeline numbers and start moving the note the timeline numbers disappear and the cursor is off the note that I selected to move. It moves the note, but only one second at a time. I have to keep going back to the note, pressing edit, and moving it a nudge at a time. Was never a problem in jj os2 or os1. Let me know if I am missing something or if this explaination was not clear.

Yes, that's exactly what is happening, I know in OS2 you could drag a note on the midi grid and drag it a max of 1/8 not either way. Not sure if it is a bug, perhapd in is related to quantise strength?

this was happening to me in midi grid edit in earlier os2xls. for me it isn't happening anymore - i'll try to reproduce it tonight. what are your TC/QS settings?

My Note value was set at 1/16 swing 57 strength 85. I also did it with 1/32 note 54 swng and 75 strength. I move the cursor to the note, press overdub button, press edit, go to the timeline move the not 1 bit and the time line and edit options disappears and I have to move the cursor back to the start of the note and press edit again. It moves the one tick that I turned the data wheel and thatz it. It apprears that it is happening with any tc or qt settings I use. It does not do this with the Note changing function, nor the duration, nor the volume in the edit options. Only problem appears to be with the timeline adjustments.

you were very clear and this follows exactly the bug that appeared fixed for me back a couple versions ago. i will look into it tonight if i have a chance (editing another elementary school video) and report it.

Yo just a side note for you 2500 headz. OSXL does the samething in the grid edit as I described above, except on the 2500 I can move it a whole 2 ticks before the editing options disappear.
