The Ram

what kind of ram does the mpc2kXL take
i work at a pc shop as a tech/house call kinda deal so im thinking i can find some old RAM layin around that will work.
is it take SIMM or DIMM, i dont want to take apart my machine untill i actually install the ram if possible, the less chances to **** something up the better is my general rule of thumb.

a plain ol' simm should do it

What's up wintermute. Just jumped on this link cuz the name, actually, haha. Came across a song I wrote years back about Gibson, ridiculous stuff. Anyway, just read his most recent book a week or so ago. Wondering what you thought if you'd read it, though I know it's completely off topic.

i remmember hearing about the new gibson book, it was about an advertising agency wench or something correct? not much into advertising...evil stuff those folks. im in the technology hardware/recycling industry now!
hehe but yeah old gibson was untouchable, i think neal stephenson beat him out in cyberpunk though, snowcrash was facking flawless!

im moslty making really blunter bebop style music, lots of bongos, some king tubby style dub stuff going on, not too sample heavy. looking for someone to lend me a spare 1200 for a month or so that i can just sample like mad and be done with it =). coulda got a free one last week but forgot to give the girl a call back and my freind got it instead -_-.
anyways always cool to meet a fellow man down with good taste in literature, right now im rereading all the huxley books ive collected throughout the years, that man was pure genius!!
