Have No Idea

I know this is probably the first time ya'll have heard this but I got my MPC 1000 about 2 months ago. I've worked with it about 50 times but nothing yet.

I need some kind of help to make a sample or anything. Even when I save the entire memory it does nothing.

Help me out please - Just some sort of help I just found out how to put beats on the pads lol. Im brand new to this hope someone can help me out!

I save the entire memory then nothing is on the pads no sounds on them

But I have sounds on the pads. I just need help from the beginning. Because I can't even make a beat right

u think that akai would have some sort of instructions on how to use the damn thing.

just give madlib a call, im sure he will pop round and make your beat for you, then you will have that madlib sound so you won't need to make a post on how to get that either.

do you have a turntable?vinyl?any music software?,or other hardware?

Dude, get the ebook by the guy who owns this site. I've had my mpc for 5 days now and I bought the ebook 2 days ago and I'm learning 100 times faster by going through the book. Can you afford 40 bucks?

I read the manual lol wow - it's funny how people who've been doing this for years is gonna come at me like that but i've been doing it for 2 months - some people are fast at stuff

two months but

it's all down to dedication, put the time in and you will be rewarded. my mp gets turn on more than my mrs. after two months i was knocking out beats, ish ones but still, im only a yr deep on the mp now. chill your boots, don't get all emontional.
