*sighs* Haters......
On the real man this is what you do. Its a technique called flaming.
1) Using rubber gloves, take a "NEW" or machine washed lint free cotton cloth and soak it in gasoline. Sounds crazy I know..... but check it..... Allow some of the excess to drip off... fold the cloth and half and squeeze lightly.
2) Once you have the excess gone but still a reasonable amout of gas, start wiping the surface of your mpc (dont forget the pads, buttons, and screen) leaving a thin layer of gasoline.
3) Quickly before the gas dries.... take a lighter and light the surface layer of gas. THIS IS IMPORTANT! Let the flame burn for 1 min and 45 seconds ONLY!!!!!! The top of your MPC will look a bit charred. Thats okay man, dont be afraid. What seems to be a layer of burned paint and plastic is really just on the surface.
4) Take a brillo pad spray it with mix of 1 part alcohol, 1 part windex and begin to gently scrub the surface of your MPC. This process takes about 15 mins. Continue to do so until you see mindblowing results... I guarantee this method will give your MPC an UNBELIEVABLE finish. A gloss unlike you have ever seen before in your life.
***REMEBER*** If you let it burn any more than 2 mins, you run the risk of botching the process.
I normally reserve this technique for the Korg Triton and usually I wouldnt post my most advanced techniques on an open forum like this one. I was planning on writing a book on the MPC 60/3000 containing my vast knowledge of the machines. After seeing the pic.... I knew yours needed that *special* treatment. Consider this a gift.
