Time Signature issue

I'm working on this beat right now and was messing around with the time signature and now when i set it back to 4/4 it still plays like its 3/4 (3/4 being what I moved it to when I was messing around)

When you lower the time sig, it erases parts of the ends of the bars to squeeze it into the time sig. So if you didn't make a duplicate of the sequence before you changed that, you lost whatever you originally had. You have to recreate the sequence or replace the missing parts. Sorry!
