What is the best Compact Flash to use on mpc5000?

What is the best Compact Flash card to get for my MPC5000?

Is there any speed difference or size limitations? Does AKAI recommended specific cards?

I am buying one just to upgrade my OS, and figure I should get a good one if I have to be spending the $$ anyways.

Any Type 1 or 2 cf cards. Up to 2gb is offically supported. Others have claimed to use 8gb. You can do that at your own risk...

sandisk 2GB ultra II works well here...
