Saving a Multi

When you save a multi does it also save any changes and edits made to the individual programs? Or do you have to save all of the programs individually. I've done some extensive editing and don't want to turn the 4k off without knowing.

save multi press do it and than turn with the cursor! you'll see various options which are quit self explainable! you can save either multi (no prog changes saved - so just don't do this in this case), or one of the other! They should all do the trick for you!

easiest is imo to save multi+prog+samples and important is to take care of the replace field! i always set it to replace same items!

yo ... and don't forget about the seq if there is one! if so save entire memory and replace same items and every save is saver!

Really though ....the "save entire memory" is always the way to go -

With a big hard drive why worry...make multiple folders and ALWAYS re-back your latest work to a CD or external source

If you have big programs with lots of samples, it isnt always a good idea too save entire memory.
Just try to remember if you changed a sample. If not, save only multi + program.
