4000 OS a dream

I just got off the phone with an AKAI rep about the bug I posted on the forum and they pretty much said that there are alot of bugs associated to the 1000, 2500, and 4000, but he said that he doesn't see any type of OS update ever for these models ever again. I know there was a thread started last year about this, but I think we should as a community go back and tell AKAI to get their act together. Its ridiculous that they aren't supporting the older models. What can we do?

We should as a group call them everyday and just report all of the bugs and they should get the point that they need to fix these issues and have OS updates. What do you guys say? Maybe even speak to product managers and let them know what needs to be done.
