Playing Tutorial Files

Hello everyone in mpc 2000xl forums.What player do I use to open the files in the mpc 2000xl tutorial e-book? I am using adobe acrobat for reading but I cant hear none of the sounds.How do I open pgm. files for instance. Im having a
tough time figuring this out and your responses will be hugely appreciated. Im sure someone has experience using the tutorial.

Are you referring to the MPC manual? If so will it show me how to run a verifiable PGM. viewer program on my computer? I dont use my computer for music are you assuming I use my comp. in conjunction with the mpc? You act as though "read the manual" cures cancer and causes world peace. I just want to use a program PROMOTED ON THIS SITE and am asking what viewer I can download that wont give said comp a virus. Could someone please enlighten me?!?

I never mentioned a computer once. Read the MPC manual. It will tell you all the file formats associated with the MPC .snd .pgm .all .seq etc. All these files open with the MPC. I've never done a tutorial but I assume you're supposed to load up the .pgm into your MPC and follow along as you read/watch the tutorial.
