New Need Help MPC500

I just got a new MPC500 and have Fl Studio XXL. I don't know what exactly i need to record audio into individual tracks on FL. I'm pretty sure i need either a E-MU Xmidi 2X2 USB MIDI interface or some kind of other audio interface. I want to be able to mix in FL Studio. I also have a toshiba laptop with windows vista and a stock soundcard with Asio4all installed. Thanks in advance for your replies.

o and if i get that interface would i need to buy a pre-amp for it...i'm only recording my mpc into fl

I dont see why you bought the mpc if your not gonna use the sequencer in the mpc..
u were better off with MPD or something...

no i do use the sequencer...i guess im not statin what im sayin right... i wanna record mutliple sequences into my fl studio so i can mix my drums and stuff for the best sound quality.

Man sometimes I wish I could help, but sorry I do not use a computer
