Question/Help? Buttons F3 & F4 will not sellect tracks.

I'm working with OS1.04 and I can't recall if this problem began after. When I turn on my MPC, loading from internal or card, the first Kit/Program/Sequence loaded will not allow for the tracks to change. Loading different Sequences or any other change doesn't help. The dial will rotate the tracks just fine, but buttons F3 & F4 have no function. They will work at a very random time. I don't have to press hard on them, but they just work so randomly I can't figure it out.

Any tips or help from you guys out there. Cheers!

Thanks to my man at GC, I got a new one. I got ahold of Akai and there techs said it had to be a hardware issue since it was one of the very first units off the line. Much better!
