Hi!
I have the possibility to trade my MPC 2500 (jjOSXL) for a MPC 3000 LE with maxed memory (plus pay about 250 $)
The MPC 3000 is in very good condition, screen's bright.
I know that I have to make the final decision, but before I choose anything I'd like to hear what you guys think bout that trade?
What features make the MPC 3000 legendary? Some say that the sound and "swing" are different, is that true? What's the difference between an MPC 3000 LE and a clasic MPC 3000?
I use the MPC as my main hardware station, I also have a S950, and a Mo'Phatt (mix and master on Pro Tools).
The thing that I hate in the MPC 2500 are the crappy materials used to build it, and stiff pads. The thing I like is wavefrom edit + grid edit (but I can live without those)
And as it goes bout music, I'm all about the '90s hip-hop vibes....
Thanks for your help!
peace
