i was the same before i actually got my 1k... it gives u an idea of just how much u can do with the 1k with the limitations.. interesting to see how far people make it stretch... and some of us (including me) hate using the computer to edit so it can be quite an insight

Vakseen that beat 10 is hot, nice and moody, diggin it...
Raygunyz, that first beat gets nice a minute and a half in...
TP, dig the samples, I would say add some basslines, double up the drums or put a second filtered drum loop under it

lol.. i never use the same drums in different sessions.. i got a library of thousands of breaks and hits and I may use the same drum on two beats but never more.. and thats just because they're on the memory..id still layer em or filter em or change em in some way.. (unless im really lazy
) but hey.. cheers anyway 
And as for why did i get a 1k... USB connectivity, bgger memory, more compact, CF cards.. just all appealed to me.. plus it was cheaper than a 2kxl.. spending money like that aint a small thing for me... dont get me wrong though.. i was prepared to go to the PC for editing.. i just prefer not to..

yeah im gettin the 1k for 750, hopefully by the end of hte summer, i wont be editing on the pc unless im froced to do it, which i doubt, all that stuff apealed to me to, any time u got any more beats up just tell me

Thanx , No the others are done on a Korg Elecrtribe before i had an mpc. the Electribe was to synthy for me.
