Custom 2500

^^dudemoney aint the problem as u can probably tell...its just that i dont see anything wrong with the updated os..does the jj look different or something?

JJ is the ultimate OS, it's what kept me from using any other MPC, i possibly would've used the 2kxl if it wasn't for that OS.

Haha , the different look is nothing compared to the streamlined workflow... plus, there's a million other reasons why the akai os is crapped on by jj..

look into it, i HIGHLY recommend it.

btw, i was in a guuitar center the other day and was looking at a 2500. I forgot how different and goofy the screen looks compared to like os1..

Yeah working on the Akai OS is just hadicapping your abilities on the 2500.

Buy the JJOS ASAP; the Akai OS is a waste of time on the real...

At the moment Im still working on JJOS2 cuz its solid and the workflow is beautiful.

Hey sons, I think your mods to the 2500 are wicked. Very creative right there. I was thinking about getting mine darkened up a bit with all black buttons, sliders, data wheel, and pads. The two things I couldn't find parts for though were the black cursor buttons and the play/record buttons. I also see on mpcstuff that the F1 buttons are currently out of stock. I also wanted to throw in all black footswitch, and phones inputs like on the 5000, I can't find those either.
But man your mpc is dope.

thanx man,,all my buttons are painted to look like that...there actually holographic,they change colors in the light..im about to go check on the footswitch and headphone jack,cause ive never paid much attention to the 5000.(will be getting one,one day though..

this here is a huge turn off

[SAVE/LOAD]
Cannot do the save/load to an internal memory
Writing from memory card and HDD to CD.

As far as I know there are no bugs on the free version.

Just check the Comparison Charts and see wat OS is good for you

i actually did but there hasnt been enough good weather to get a good pic of it..
