Quick question. I am currently trying to figure out if there is an easier way to copy my tracks. When I create an intro sequence in my MPC and I want to copy the tracks that I want to another sequence, I go into seq edit and I go to copy and to Copy To Data Window and I say I want to copy from seq 1 track 3 to seq 2 track 3 and then I specify the measures that I want to copy and where to place it in the second seq. Is there an easier way to copy a track from one sequence to another? Also, what does the copies option in that window allow you to do? I haven't found any documentation on this.

Well, I think it's easy enough method to do this and as far as I know it is the only method (for what purpose there should be another?). Belive me, there is many more features that will make you mad and not sleepy at all.
To your second question, there is simple answer which you can find in Reference Manual. I don't have RM in front of me neither the MPC so I won't answer this 'cus I can say it wrong, but I know RM explains it well.

Just copy the whole sequence and delete what you dont need (window while standing on your main sequence and than copy)
