and i'm gunna be running the free jj os, is it even gunna work right? or is that what the ghetto duct tape fix is for?

if your taking about the pad fix then the difference is in the sensativity settings. the free version and the older akai os's dont have the newer settings. and the pads dont respond as well.

so thats where i'd need to do the duct tape trick to fix that? and if thats the case i might just be better off buying the individual pads yeah? save me money prolly.

the pads are good for any os, but especially the jj os. this really aint that hard playa

with that pad fix you don't need to worry about eventual pad failure.

Upgrade the JJ EdHd. Playing the pads in full level mode all the time will get u frustrated eventually.
Together with the other features the jjos1 comes with, ur money will be well spend.

yea the pad fix has poor sensativity with the free os. and also the ver1 akai os. so you will need to play on full level for it to work.
