MPC1000 with Garage Band

Has anyone ever used GarageBand with the MPC1000!?
Just curious...Also what would be the best RAm to place in the MPC1K for upgrade!

I was using the MPC with garage band. Great for triggering synths and sound modules via MIDI, but impossible to track out your beats in due to the LACK OF MIDI SYNC of any sort. When I found out about that glaring oversight I was like WTF?!?! No Sync? They can't be serious... But they are. They left it out because they want you to buy Logic.

You are correct...I pretty much had to develop tracks on the MPC..mix'em up farely good then bounce them over to GB...I guess I'm more curious as to knowing if anyone will even admit they even use GB..it's not terrible, but at the same time we live in a world were it's monkey see monkey do...It would be good to get a discussion on getting the best out of GB...if you have any other advice that would be excellent!
