Forat has my mpc

i wish people would send me there mpc casings,,,i would do them for free just so forat would go out of buisness..

he charged my boy about $300.

his 60 is working and looking real nice, well worth the $$$

customizing is cool, but Forat does excellent tech work!

i'll fix it for the price of parts also...i gotem beat son!!!!

So where do I send my 60 Sonseelye?

for real tho, i think you should persue customizing and fixing MPC's. there are not that many people left in the US that do it and the ones that do are getting old. i think it's a great business.

you only got a few heads that do repairs to the old machines

EPR will train you too. check them out they repair all kinds of old samplers. they're good too. fixed my boys old eps like new.

So heres what I got myself into

repairs include-- fixed data wheel (just one click will move the cursor now), my record/gain was loose from the board so it would cause distortion during sampling, and hitting one pad would slightly trigger an adjacent pad. these are the main reasons considered sending it to forat. I spoke with him today and He wants half before he goes any further... heres the price... he wants 300 for all of the above plus installing the blue lcd. Then its 700 flat for a two color paint job with an additional 100 for custom printing. Now were at 1100 yet I still have to pay for shipping back to the motherland in Jersey.

Now who here would want there mpc sitting in the mail at UPS in a box with a return address from Forat? I know there gotta be sum hungry ass UPS workers out there that makes beats and don't give a f*k about their job. Everyone knows how shyt falls off the truck and in a new york min I'm beat for my machine. So I overnighted that ish for like 190. Prob cost the same coming back damn. I aint rich my dudes. I make and honest amount salary. This by far has been the stupidest move I have ever done lol. It better look hot at least.

and Sonseelye... Set it off. Beast on that independent money and start a site offering full customization. Go get a tax Id and start banging credit cards. Get incorporated. You can really eat off of word of mouth just on this forum alone. Think about it...I didnt know who forat was before i was a chilling on this forum and look at me now... I made it rain on forat lol.......... Get Money

Just have him do the cosmetic stuff and send it back home. $1100 is crazy.

your right 1100 is crazy plus the 300 i paid for in parts shyt hurts!! I just want my mp back i miss it. At this point i'm not worried if i can't afford to eat until next payday lol.
