SETTING THE NOTE?

WHAT UP,

DOES ANYONE KNOW HOW I CAN CHANGE THE NOTE OF MY SAMPLE. LIKE IF I RECORD A SAMPLE OF A VINYL OR CD INTO MY MPC. HOW DO I CHANGE THE NOTE?

ummm.... your question doesn't make a lot of sense, but...

to change the midi note you go to to 'program mode' and then select the last screen (at work, cant remember what it's called.) here you can assign midi notes to pads.

to change to note of the sample go to program mode and next to where you select the sample to place on the pad there is a tune field. turn this up and down to pitch the sample higher/lower
